The Pope asks to pray for Benedict XVI 2:12

Pope Emeritus Benedict managed to rest Wednesday night and is "absolutely lucid and vigilant" this Thursday, Vatican Press Office director Matteo Bruni said in a statement.
"He is absolutely lucid and vigilant and today, although his condition is still serious, the situation at the moment is stable," Bruni said.
"Pope Francis renews his invitation to pray for him and accompany him in these difficult hours," he added.
